I saw Sam over a period of 2 months due to having suffered from knee pain over several years. His friendly, personable approach creates a relaxed atmosphere which makes for a comfortable experience week in week out. He diagnosed the problem quickly (where other physios had failed) and created a manageable training plan, adding challenge and complexity as I progressed. As a result, my knee ache, having irritated me for many years has now greatly improved. Would definitely recommend Sam to others, top notch professionalism with a personal touch. Cheers Sam!

I would recommend this physio to anyone! The members of staff are all very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Sam really listened to where my pain was and was able to help me get better through different exercises, adjusting them to my individual needs and adapting them each week to ensure my neck continued to get better. They even have reformer Pilates and can tailor that to your specific needs which is amazing. I would not hesitate to go back in the future!

Sam has been great throughout my 8-week rehabilitation plan. I came in with an undiagnosed pain in my lower leg, knee and hip on my right side. I am a keen Triathlete and was keen to get it sorted. Sam conducted a number of tests and assessments to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan set up. Sam was detailed throughout and made sure that I agree with the diagnosis. Over the following weeks, I was given a range of exercises increasing in difficulty every week as well as trigger point treatment. Once I could run pain-free I enrolled in the 7 session Running Evolution at BodyLogic with Sam. This was a structured, technique-based running program due to one of the reasons for my injury was my running technique. Throughout the process Sam was a great coach, knowing exactly what coaching points to use to correct my technique. The whole process was very professional and I felt like a pro athlete once the technique clicked. I am now running better than I have before. I am quicker off the floor, more mobile and flexible as well as being a stronger and more endurant runner. I am looking forward to my next race in October I would happily recommend Sam to anyone suffering an injury or trying to improve their running technique or ability.

After having tried 4 physio's before Body Logic I had pretty much settled on the fact I was going to have a running injury for good but Sam and the team at Body's Logic turned that around. Sam was exceptional. His expert knowledge, friendliness and, almost most importantly for me, his patience (always encouraging me despite my negative attitude at times) made sure I had a great experience at the clinic. He worked with me on and off for around 4 years and I would always go straight back here should I need anymore help in the future. Thank you so much for everything- I wouldn't be where I am today without you!
